Mary T. Reilly

Mary (“ Terry” ) Reilly is an AV rated attorney and has extensive experience in a number of areas of maritime law. Terry has successfully litigated charter party, cargo, personal injury/Jones Act, employment and product liability cases. She has participated in drafting time and space charters for use in space sharing agreements among major vessel operators. Since joining the firm, Terry has represented a broad range of clients including shipowners and operators, charterers, oil companies, P&I clubs, and foreign banks and has served as an arbitrator on several SMA panels. She is a founding member of Wista USA, Inc., the USA chapter of the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA).
